Kali Escandon is an experience in hospitality in Mexico City. I stayed at the Junior Suite, complete with the jacuzzi tub and extra towels. Full air conditioning that was barely used as the weather was simply lovely. The shower was strong enough, hot enough, and just enough. Of course you can adjust as you prefer. Having breakfast from the on-site restaurant was a plus. They gave special request for room service at breakfast, much appreciated. The highlight for me as a solo traveler who didn’t speak the language was coming into Arrival with my luggage and seeing the hotel taxi driver carrying a sign with my name on it. That was such a relief. Check in was smooth and made even more pleasant by Isabelle. New on the job, yet totally personable and professional. She’s highly recommended!!! Will definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room is really fresh and clean. For me in hotel luxury bathrooms are really important. And here was exactly modern bathroom. We really enjoyed the mirror in front of the bed :) personal recommendation for couples. Free coffee from machine in the reception floor, coffee machine in the room, tea, sugar, everything was in the room. Nice fitness centre with beautiful view. Hot Breakfast was good also but there was no fresh vegetables, just fruits. Orange juice was fresh. We Recommend to try antigripal juice there on the breakfast. Cappuccino for additional cost but Americano and tea for free. The design of the hotel also nice, they have locations for pictures. There is also cold and hot water on the each floor. Excellent. Regarding parking we found the parking place in front of the hotel.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. This is a nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood convenient to public transportation. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. We especially liked the complimentary espresso machine in the lobby and the attentive 24 hour front desk. A good choice for arriving in the middle of the night and getting a good night's sleep. For those with fragrance sensitivities, this hotel does NOT have strong scents in the air or on the bedding, which can be challenging to find in Mexico City. Escandon is a nice neighborhood to stay in. There is a pharmacy, a bakery, a small grocery store, several shops, restaurants, and a large market in the immediate block around the hotel.

The staff are friendly and responsive, the breakfast always has lots of fruit, bread, eggs, and mexican options in a comfortable dining room. Everything in our room was clean and comfortable: Good lighting, comfy bed and couch, a big window that opens, ac. We really appreciated the filtered water dispenser available on each floor, which saved us from having to buy bottled water. Also, really fast elevators.

Bathroom was also clean and spacious, with great amenities. Staff was very helpful when we were trying to sort out the situation with the wifi. Breakfast was really good as well. Excellent fresh orange juice and plenty of veggie options. 15 minute walk to the gorgeous area of La Condesa.
